The contractors you are matched with run their own businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get the estimate in writing.
